Rara and Jumla

Jumla, a place where Nepalese language was originated, is nestled between Dolpa to the east and Humla to the west. It is a remote district lying in Karnali province with the basic facilities yet always rewarding with authentic culture and the diverse natural beauty. Jumla is usually the starting point for treks to Rara Lake in Mugu and Shey Phoksundo Lake in Dolpa.
